The responsibilities of this position are as follows: 1) Design and develop a variety of learning solutions (web-based learning, instructor-led training, virtual training sessions), 2) Ensure that the instructional design of deliverables address business needs and performance issues identified in the design document, 3) Assure that training solutions incorporate best practices in adult learning theory, 4) Assist the project manager and sr. ISD in implementing the project, providing work estimates, progress status, and interacting with the client’s SMEs. I do not have the job experience required for this position though I do of course have the bachelors. I do believe I could handle the key responsibilities.

I would be sure two include these two components because they are both for the greater good of the entire organization and will help the whole system run smoother. The competencies I would be sure to include are being systematic in all aspects of the process including: The assessment of the need or opportunity and the analysis of the work and workplace to identify the cause or factors that limit performance. Those are also important for the greater good of the organization.
