1. A performance problem at my workplace is the improper way that the teachers interact and handle the children. Many of the students have stopped attending the program altogether because of this. If the program does not have an average of eighty children a day the state will no longer fund the program. Recently, a new person was hired as my supervisor. Before he was hired attendance was not at all a problem. Though it must be stated, I do not believe that he is the problem. The problem lies with teachers that are also new to the program. Before starting a job one should have to thoroughly understand what the job entails. All educators should realize that having patience is so important.
