1.      A performance problem at my workplace is the improper way that the teachers interact and handle the children. Many of the students have stopped attending the program altogether because of this.   If the program does not have an average of eighty children a day the state will no longer fund the program. Recently, a new person was hired as my supervisor. Before he was hired attendance was not at all a problem. Though it must be stated, I do not believe that he is the problem. The problem lies with teachers that are also new to the program.   Before starting a job one should have to thoroughly understand what the job entails. All educators should realize that having patience is so important. An educator’s goal is to develop their students in a particular area. 1.           The Judicial/Adversary evaluation compares all sides of the innovation, the pros and cons, which is much like the defense and prosecution of a courtroom. The issues are researched and arguments are developed based on the research found. The ultimate goal is for everyone to understand what others’ perceptions of the innovations are. Though this model will be time consuming, I believe it to be the most beneficial. The students can be set up as required by this model in a court-like manner.   I would ask my students specifically how they felt about technologies and methods utilized in the class.   I would use their criticisms to tweak what I am doing or to find a new set of methods that would better suit them. As far as benefit is concerned, it will be beneficial for the students because they will be able to hear how the technologies are helping their classmates and could make them more acceptable to the technology as a whole.       Reflection #1     Instructional Technology is a collaboration of different ways to utilize technology to bring about the maximum performance for teachers and students. Instructional technology gives teachers the resources to provide detailed lesson plans, interactive learning experiences and thorough instructions on assignments .Many tools can be considered as useful technology for the class setting.
